15-21 Mart arasında kutlanan Tüketiciyi Koruma Haftası kapsamında ‘Bilinçli Tüketici, Bilinçli Tüketim’ toplantısı düzenlendi. Valilik Konferans Salonu’nda düzenlenen toplantıda, tüketici hakları ve tüketicilerin hakem heyetine yaptığı itirazların sonuçları açıklandı. Ticaret İl Müdürü Seyfettin Çetiner, 2013-2016 yılları arasında Tüketici Hakem Heyeti Başkanlığına gelen 37 Bin şikayet dilekçesinin yüzde 85’nin karara bağlanarak tüketiciye 17 Milyon TL’nin iade edildiğini söyledi.
