23 Nisan ulusal egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı Kırıkkale'de coşkulu bir şekilde kutlandı.
İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğü Salonu'ndaki törende, İl Milli Eğitim Müdürü İsmail Çetin, konuşma yaptı.
Bir kolu olmayan Lal Saran Anaokulu öğrencisi Ahmet Enes, Vali Haktankaçmaz'a Türk bayrağı hediye etti.
Vali Haktankaçmaz, Garnizon Komutanı Tuğgeneral Selami Arslan, Belediye Başkanı Mehmet Saygılı ile öğrenciler ve vatandaşların katıldığı tören, şiirlerin okunması ve çeşitli gösterilerle sona erdi.
